"Support didn’t give me much confidence"
I reached out with what I thought was a simple question, but the replies were slow and felt really dry. When I’m trying to make sure I’m not making a wrong purchase or missing something important, I need clear answers, not vague back-and-forth. It felt like they didn’t care much, so after a while I just gave up

"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I ordered from songbirdocarina.com and was happy with how the shipping went. I got the tracking info not too long after placing the order, and the package arrived in good condition. It wasn’t overnight or anything, but it still showed up faster than I thought it would. The only small downside was that the tracking updates could’ve been a little clearer. Overall though, it was a good experience, and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Not really worth what I paid"
I feel like I paid more than this was worth. The ocarina itself feels okay, but for the price I was expecting something a lot nicer. It didn’t really wow me, and that part was weird because the listing made it seem more premium. Kinda regret buying it.

"Disappointed with the packaging"
My ocarina showed up in a really thin box with hardly any padding, and it looked like it had been bounced around the entire trip. The corners were crushed, which was frustrating to see before I even opened it.

The ocarina itself works, but compared to other instruments or fragile items I’ve ordered online, this was packed poorly. For the price, I expected a lot more care, and I’m not sure I’d order from them again

The designs are and definitely caught my eye, but the site feels kind of cluttered and a bit much to navigate. Also, I really hope if people point this out, they don’t just get one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies, because the layout could genuinely use some cleaning up.

"I was excited to try them..."
I was excited to try them, and at first I thought maybe I just needed to get used to the sound. But after listening for a bit, it just felt thin and kind of weird. I kept hoping it would improve, then I’d get annoyed again because it never really did. Disappointing, to be honest.

I bought an ocarina from songbirdocarina.com, and the tuning just felt off. Some notes came out sharp, others were flat, and it seemed to get worse the higher I played.
I tried adjusting my breath pressure like they recommend, but it still didn’t blend well with other instruments. For the price, it was just frustrating, and I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

"Way more stressful than I expected"
I thought this would be a fun, easy game to relax with, but it ended up being way harder than I expected. it got kind of stressful fast, and I wasn’t really prepared for that. It’s just too difficult for me to enjoy playing.
